In 2010 Tiffany Denyer, president and founder of Wilderwood Service Dogs, was nominated for and won the WebMD health hero award. The company received a donation for 2,500 dollars and a article in their fall magazine.
Tiffany Denyer's hometown of St. Louis, nominated her for the St. Louis University Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2010. She went on to become a Semi-finalist.
Elaine Lintner, one of Wilderwood's Board Members, nominated Tiffany and Wilderwood for CVS's “For All the Ways You Care Contest.” She sent in a short essay about Tiffany and the work she does at Wilderwood and Tiffany was chosen out of thousands of applicants to receive $10,000! We are so thrilled and honored to have won this award! Tiffany and her husband will also get to fly to NYC and get the royal treatment and attend the awards banquet where they will receive the award. We could not be happier for Tiffany and Wilderwood. This is much needed money that will be used very thoughtfully and honorably to further the work at Wilderwood! Tiffany has worked tirelessly and is so dedicated to the work here at Wilderwood. We are so thrilled that she is receiving this kind of recognition for her work. Wilderwood Dogs are so incredibly special and they are helping to create miracles in family's lives everyday. We feel incredibly blessed to be the recipient of this money.
