How Do I Receive a Service Dog?
In order to be a recipient of a Wilderwood
Service Dog you will have to have the following:
- Download and complete either our adult or child application.
- Have a medically recognized diagnosis from a treating physician or psychiatrist and provide a written prescription stating the medical need for a service dog.
- Have paid the $12,000 plus graduation fees for your dog prior to graduation and be able to maintain a dog throughout its lifetime.

- Love dogs!
