In order to be a recipient of a Wilderwood
Service Dog you will have to have the following:
- A medically recognized diagnosis and a treating physician or
psychiatrist.
- The ability to financially maintain a dog throughout its lifetime.
- Call Tiffany Denyer at 865-660-0095 for a phone interview and
question/answer period.
- LOVE DOGS!
To apply for a service dog, download and complete either our adult or child application. Collect all the required information. Once we receive your application in the mail and review it, we will contact you regarding your acceptance into the program.
